Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by qualified counsel before publishing.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can reply. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention — never your raw IP.

No hidden tracking

This website does not run third-party advertising, session-replay, or behavioral tracking. We do not embed social media pixels or analytics that record your activity without your consent. Essential cookies (for security and your session) are the only cookies used by default.

Your consent choices

Because laws such as the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) and similar wiretapping and consent statutes treat certain tracking technologies as requiring consent, we ask before enabling any non-essential technology. If we ever add analytics, it will load only after you select "Accept all" in the privacy banner. Choosing "Essential only" keeps all optional technologies switched off.

Bot protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile is privacy-focused and does not track you across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.

How we use your information

  • To read and reply to your messages.
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to correspond with you, then deleted. You may ask us to delete your message at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, use the contact form or email the address listed there.
